Dr. John Bibb, MD

Very disappointed with this doctor and his staff. He has no problem abandoning patient care without proper notification to the family (even though release on file and significant other is part of the care). His staff has no problem talking down to patients and family members who are with the patient.

Excellent listener and great people skills. Knows his stuff.

Dr Bibb is the BEST! He listens, cares for the whole person, is smart, very knowledgable, explains everything, goes out of his way to support his patients. My doctor for 7 years & 2 cancers. He can run late because he gives his full attention to all patients & doesn't cut you off to stay on a schedule. Staff has gotten better about notifying when he's running behind. His expertise and care is worth the wait!

As a first time patient, I arrived early. All my pre-visit paperwork had already been completed online. After 35 minutes of waiting, only after I inquired, was I told the doctor was running 45 minutes late and it would be another 10-15 minutes. I told the receptionist that wasn't going to work for me and left. Very, very poor consideration of my time.

Maybe this post will help them understand if you make an apt, keep it. It lets people know you care about them by being on time. 1st time visit Dr Bibb apt 10am. Sat in an exam room for 50 minutes and Dr Bibb never showed, 50 minutes, that's after waiting in the reception area. I walked out to the reception desk and let them know I had another appointment then left. They sent a VM, not a direct call, Dr Bibb was just about to walk in. Right. I called back and was put on hold then the call went dead. They did not bother calling me back??? I called in again and was told they could get me in 3 weeks from now. I said don't bother. 1st time visit should be on time and professional. My first time visit they showed me who they are. Go somewhere else. No air conditioning for 45 minutes of my 90 minute visit. ***Copy/pasted from another review board "Arrived at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm Appt. Great in person.....but no follow through. :(

I am so blessed to have him as my oncologist! I would and have already recommended him to family and friends.

Dr. Bibb takes the necessary time with you as a patient to answer all your questions and concerns. This a great when you are dealing with cancer.

Dr. John Bibb shows exceptional kindness and concern for his patients. DR Bibb is the BEST Dr I have ever had. He is very caring, weii prepared/infotmed, communicates clearly, and automatically provides a copy of reports to the patient. He is so supportive---takes time to review test results, answer questions fully and treats one with sincere concern. His staff is also exceptional, and reflects his manner. I moved from Central Phienix to the West Valley. and travel an hour trip both ways to stay uner his care. He has earned this ki.d of loyalty.

Without a doubt Dr. Bibb is one of the kindest Doctor's I have ever met. He is caring, smart and listens to and addresses all concerns. He is the perfect example of a medical professional. Thank you for taking care of my Dad!

Dr. Bibb is great communication with me as a deaf patient and ASL interpreter. Medical conditions is very clear and detailed information also well explaination. He's a great patience and great listener. He's awesome.
