Very good doc
Did a good job on my back, twice. Ten years later, I’m going to go back to see him again.

No. I am still dealing with what Dr. Berry did to me in 1996. Six surgeries from real neurosurgeons and fighting e-coli and MRSA to try to walk. I was surprised to see that he still has a practice.

I don't know what to say on this but I guess he tried to help. I thought after a week or two ago from surgery I would be albe to get around better than I am now and not have to depend on a walker. BOY WAS I WRONG! I can barely walk. However I don't fully blame this doctor for anything! My pain management doctor is mainly at fault! I fell not long after the surgery and nothing for pain with a stimulator surgery is not good because the patient thinks he is Superman going out in the rain to check on his vehicle. As I say nothing this doctor did was wrong! However the wait time was crazy last visit. I got there first and I felt like I sat 3 hours before being seen.

Dr. John Berry's office staff have almost no clue what they are doing. They tried to make me get imaging from their 'favorite' MRI place but I needed certain locations so it would be in network and they would cancel those appointments to try and force their location on me. The doctor took me off almost all my medications in prep for surgery when non of that was required and then canceled the surgery the day before when he knew the week before, reason: cause he wanted to show me a picture of the MRI. I don't understand MRI imaging and I could have been saved the pain of getting off 10 different medications in prep of surgery if he knew what he was doing. I also would not have lost about 20 hours in work prepping for surgery.

Doctor Berry did a cervical laminectomy on me in 2001 - I never ever had any issues until I got clobbered on the head by rugs in one of the worlds largest retailers!!! He is an EXCELLENT SURGEON!!!

Dr. Berry, did 2 neck surgeries on me about 15 and 13 yrs. ago. I have a lot of confidence in him. I am still doing great! Some people complain about long waits, unfriendly bedside manner, although I agree, you must ask yourself, is that really important when it comes to getting a really good outcome in surgery. I have so much confidence in Dr. Berry's ability that I flew from England to have surgery done by him. I was attending law school in the UK and fell from a horse and had a neck injury.
