Dr. Beerbower is fantastic. If you love a doctor who isn't afraid to admit when he doesn't know what is wrong and then investigates and assesses and works with you to figure it out, then this is the doctor you should choose. He cares so much and takes every concern I have seriously. I had the same doctor for years before I got fed up, and I'm so glad afterwards I landed with Dr. Beerbower. I can't say enough good to give him the credit he deserves.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beerbower for 7 years. He is an extremely passionate and caring doctor. I’ve had some complex issues and he’s done his best to help me and if he couldn’t he would help in anyway to find who I need to see. It means a lot to me that I have this level of connection with my PCP.

I love Dr. Beerbower! He's so patient and understanding. He always works with you to find the best options. I never feel like I'm in a rush when I'm in his office. I will be a patient for life!

Dr. John Beerbower is the best doctor I have ever had in my life!!! (and I'm 50 years old) He always takes his time with you and asks many questions. He always remembers personal information about you and is genuinely concerned about you and your family. He is kind and professional. My entire family sees him and we love him. Hands down the best doctor and IU West.

I called to get an appointment and was told they are booked full. If I would like to be seen come in between 3 and 5 for the express clinic. I had told them all my symptoms and they said just come to the clinic. After arriving for the clinic they refused to see me. I told them I was told to come in during express clinic times. They said sorry your symptoms require you to make an appointment, I told them I called this morning to make one, they said sorry I told them I'll never use them again.
