I made an appointment for my 80 yr old sister. All of a sudden she could not hear. Dr Beatrous cleared her ears of wax. It was complicated bc she has a perforated eardrum since she was a child. He took great care to do a thorough , complete job. She could hear beautifully after her treatment. He explained what he was doing at every stage and could not have been nicer or more gentle. She works still and could not hear phone calls . He solved that problem ! The staff is excellent. Courteous and professional. Thank you for taking care of my sister.

Dr Beatrous is an excellent doctor. He is very kind and professional. My son was in terrible pain and Dr. Beatrous got him into his office right away and provided excellent care .

I suffered for many years with a deviated septum and just didn`t want to have the surgery. Dr Beatrous fully explained the procedure and recovery process which made me to feel comfortable about doing it. Now I can breathe so clearly and sleep much better. Thank you Dr Beatrous.

Dr. Beatrous has been all three of my kids ENT since they were toddlers. He is so patient and thorough. If you are looking for someone who is an excellent surgeon and works well with both adults and children you will be very pleased. I highly recommend him and his office staff is so accommodating.

Dr. Beatrous is a wonderful, experienced and compassionate physician. He has treated our family and many of our close friends for years. Most recently, he expedited an appointment for our youngest family member who was in severe pain. He immediately recognized the condition and was able to alleviate the child's pain. Dr. Beatrous has been a Godsend to us over the years and we feel Blessed to have found him.

My entire family has gone to Dr. Beatrous for many years. We HIGHLY recommend him. He was the only doctor able to diagnose my child with strep, and he is seriously incredible with infants. I had to have surgery a year ago to fix a deviated septum and of course I chose Dr. Beatrous to perform the procedure, and I haven't had a sinus infection since. He is truly wonderful.

My daughter is 13. After a botched ear tube surgery, her ear drum never closed. We've since moved out of state and have excellent care where we live, but she has to have surgery to replace the 75% drum loss. We've been through a lot because of her ear. This is terrible and I wouldn't recommend him ever touching any small child's ear.
