Dr. John Baldea, MD

On first visit I waited for extended period in the waiting room and then waited quite a while for doctor in exam room. Doctor was short and in a hurry. His assistant was supposed to show me exercises to do at home but handed me a piece of paper with exercises to figure out on my own. I chalked up wait and rest of it to a rough day even though my appointment was early in am. Follow up visit was today at 0805 and once again I sat in waiting room for 20 plus minutes. When I asked what was going on at reception desk I still had to wait longer. When the assistant finally cane out, no apology for wait and same arrogance as first visit. He said 0805 was checkin time with the attitude that their time was much more important than mine. No apology or attempt to explain why delays two times in a row at early appointments. I immediately told him I was leaving and did not expect to be charged. He said “I will get you off the books”. Life is too short. Find a doctor who values your time.

Poor. My arthurgram showed metal foreign body in right knee. He said there was nothing they could do. Well I had a CT last week and it states I have a chronic fracture of the right patella! Now, tell me how he didn't see that!? I do not recommend.

I needed to figure out what was causing my hip pain. Dr. Baldea figured it out and now I am back to playing tennis twice a week, without pain!

Dr. Baldea helped with my son’s broken arm. Quick appointment, very professional, confident and personable.

I was initially impressed with his assessment; however, that’s all I was impressed with. Emailed him several times about the pain and all he would do is prescribe another NSAID, continue pt and “let’s keep it in perspective, you work behind a desk.” Nothing but patronizing and condescending.

I saw this physician several times over a course of just over a year. The only thing he did for me was sign authorization for physical therapy (I credit the physical therapist in knowing how to help me). This doctor I did not sense cared about me nor my issues; he was not friendly; he left unprofessional comments in my file; finally I went to a different ortho doctor and the difference was night and day. I would not recommend Dr. Baldea to anyone. The new doctor has been a great improvement.

Very responsive to questions and reports of changes in condition. His AT, Kyle, is a gem: courteous, caring, respectful and kind. Division of labor with Kyle doing intake, followed by physical exam and history/review of systems by resident, then seeing Dr Baldea who now has their input, seems to be an effeient and effective model. All persons involved in care (I have had office visits, phone consults and invasive procedures) have been extraordinarily courteous, respectful and responsive.

I have seen him twice and he has done a good job of solving my back pain.
