I've been seeing Dr. Aney for years. He's a great listener and flexible when it comes to trying different things to see what works. It's easy to make appointments and the staff are usually quick to get back if I have questions.

Long time patient & was awful to me
I am a long term chronic pain patient of his that he decided to (out of the blue) shame for using medication, which leads me to believe he never had respect for me as a patient in the first place. His brand of dry sarcasm is rude and inappropriate for his profession.

When I began seeing him, he was very personable, informative and I truly believed in him. As the years have passed now, he has changed. He is more impatient, less personable, less informative, curter, and more egotistic. Perhaps it's just that he needs to retire early?

To me Dr. Aney is cold. He does not show empathy or a sense of friendliness. I never felt comfortable with him and told him as much. I am not seeing him any more and he behaved like he really did not care. I would not recommend him to my friends.
