Dr. John Anderson, MD

Dr Anderson once again provided me with very effective pain relief and a great plan for managing my osteoarthritis. He is very kind and I recommend him to anyone with joint problems.

Dr Anderson was excellent. He gave me time to tell him about my knee, he gave me his treatment options and included me in the decision making. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He ordered new x-rays even though I brought some from another facility with me. At first I thought that was “overkill” but it proved to be exactly what I needed. Rothman is set up to get the best x-rays and their technicians know exactly how to get the best images. The x-rays were 100% better than the ones I brought! They included both knees for comparison. I was in and out quickly but not rushed. I received an injection and never felt it. Eventually I will need a knee replacement, but with Dr. Anderson’s help it won’t be anytime soon. When I do get a replacement it will be at Rothman!

I had my third Gel Shot this morning in the right knee. Dr. was very good at administering shot. I didn't even know it was happening while we discussed the details of how long this treatment would take to become effective, etc. He was very thorough. Great bedside manner. Very cheerful and vibrant. I have full confidence in his expertise. Thank you.
