Very traumatic birth experience
She was the OBGYN for my 1st child, ended with an emergency C section, which isn't necessarily the issue, the issue is that I developed a serious post op infection following surgery and I was not listened to or cared for. I ended up back in the ER where my incision had to be re-opened and I had to have a wound vac for 3 weeks. If she had listened to me a lot of it could have been avoided. I am a nurse and they still didn't take me seriously, imagine what regular people would experience from her

I have had 3 children, all delivered by Dr. Agustin. I was recommended to Dr. Agustin by a friend. I did not know what to expect at first, but after the first office visit I knew it was the best option for my soon to be child. She cared for my unborn baby like it was her own. Dr. Agustin is an outstanding doctor.

Highly displeased. Her nurses told me I would be having surgery Wednesday, turns out I was just seeing the doctor. She wrote me a prescription for medicine that isn't even on the market anymore, then wouldn't call my pharmacy back. Went in for surgery at 6am this morning, got prepped and everything..just for the anesthesiologist to tell me I can't have surgery under general anesthesia because the medication I am on will cause BP problems. I ended up going to the ER. I will never return to her.
