Dr. Joelle Lauchner, DO

Was my first time visit. Dr Lauchner went over all my health issues in great detail. Informed me of a diagnosis I had not been aware of and ordered specific blood work for it and made some med changes. She explains everything very well and answered all my questions. She seems to be very progressive and up to date on everything which is what I want in a doctor.

We've been with Dr Lauchner over 5 years. Very attentive, smart doctor has been excellent at diagnosing illness & injuries. She can be quite strict & inflexible (not refilling meds unless you visit every 6-months, requires a signed form when taking any controlled Rx, takes addiction very seriously). She strongly encourages a 2-way relationship & patient accountability. While probably best for health, her demeanor at times comes across as scolding. This might not be everyone's cup of tea. But if you want a REAL doctor, I'd say you are very much a person to her, not just a file. The offices & exam rooms are lovely. Staff is generally helpful & timely, though I've e found better response times through the app vs phone. Like many offices, they're extremely busy & do run behind schedule at peak hours.
