Professional and Respectful!
Dr. Weber cared for me in the year leading up to my first knee replacement in December, 2023, and my second replacement in March, 2024. The first thing I noticed is that Dr. Weber looked me right in the eye and shook my hand at each visit. He did not force surgery, but gave me several treatment options. He listened to and answered all my questions, and treated me with cortisone shots as I prepared to make the decision for replacements. I had my procedures done in Monroe and every team member was stellar in helping me prepare for and recover from both surgeries. It is an extremely well run operation from top to bottom.

Knee replacement
Dr. Weber replaced both of my knees. The right knee was replaced in December 2023 and the left knee replaced one and a half years ago. Dr. Weber was very thorough when explaining my options. Before my surgeries, Dr. Weber counseled me on treatments and injections that eased my joint pain. He also fitted me with a knee brace which minimized my pain allowing me to go on vacation before surgery. I am very happy with all the treatments, and I have completed all of my PT. I'm now working on strengthening my right leg. I highly recommend Dr. Weber for his guidance before and after surgery.

Bilateral knee replacements
Dr. Weber performed bilateral knee replacement surgery ten months apart. Dr. Weber was very professional, freindly and explained all my options with surgery. Prior to my surgeries, Dr. Weber treated me with splints and injections to provide me with pain relief. Very satisfied with all the treatment and feel that I can look forward to pain free knees in the future. Follow up care was very good and I felt that there was a complete plan for after surgery to include post-op care, PT and check ups. Highly recommend Dr. Weber .

Broken Femur
I broke my femur. Dr. Weber did emergency surgery the morning after and I am VERY thankful to he and his team. He is known at the hospital for being very precise. I don't understand the negative comments on this site. All follow-up visits have been excellent. Great support and follow through. Writing this review about a month or so after the accident and I am already almost walking again.

I've found Dr. Weber very responsive to my questions and concerns. He doesn't push surgery but goes over options. Office staff are great and wait time minimal.

I had a horrible experience with Evergreen orthopedics and specifically Dr. Weber. From telling me I'm not in pain,( after there is 3 tears in my shoulder)to his horrible bedside manner and attitude, i was thoroughly unhappy with treatment, left in pain, and miserable with not a lot of options for months and months. There was no plan of attack after appointments or a good description of what was going on when I did have appointments. Extremely rude and condecending attitude with little treatment

Dr.? Weber is very arrogant. after reviewing my mri and x-rays the first thing he said to me was there is not a dr. anywhere that would do a knee replacement on you. ????really??? that was not an option for me either. I only had a tear in the meniscus and arthritis. he proceeded to ask what my physical therapist had me doing while he is leaning back in his chair with his finger tapping his face like he is so superior. his suggested treatment for me was a cortisone shot. I found a real Dr.
