I went today for an appointment . Unprofessional person at front did not tell me if i need a healthcare referral . I had doctor referral , called doctor office and they fax healthcare referral and she said oh we can t see you today i spent $80 on cab to go to this office. She a disgrace to the doctor but called me twice to make sure i was coming in for appointment. Maybe she should be home watching her kid then having her in the office, running around her. Told Dr. Goldberg stop sending people to him until he get a better office person to acknowledge his patients better.

DR Silverman listens to all of our questions and concerns, he explains what's happening in detail, when we leave his office, we ate confident in what He said and did. My Mother who is 96 years old loves Sr. Silverman. He is kind, competent, trustworthy and incredibly caring. He knows just how to talk to her and gives her time to get her thoughts out and he listens to her patiently even when she repeats herself. His office is very well run and the staff are wonderful.

Dr Silverman has a kind heart and genuinely cares about his patients. He's easy to talk to, and actually listens to your health concerns (unlike a lot of drs). He'll squeeze you in to the schedule when he's booked solid, if you really need to see him, or phone in emergency meds for you in a moment's notice. His staff is patient and understanding if you misplace the insurance info or mistakingly leave your referral at home. Silverman and his staff are the best honestly.

He was very professional, compassionate, and listened to everything I told him. He addressed every issue I raised. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pulmonologist. I left his office reassured that the next time I had a problem, he would be able to help me. Wonderful, caring doctor.
