Dr. Schancupp's staff fit me in on a same day notice - I was diagnosed immediately and my problem was handled. I could not be happier with his professionalism and deep knowledge and the staff who support him. I highly recommend Dr. Schancupp.

Today, as in the past, Dr Schancupp, Christy & Jenny gave me a most positive experience. All of my questions were answered in clear terms. I felt as if I were their only patient in the office & I was not. Professional, knowledgeable& caring: this is Dr. Schancupp's office.

I had several issues one on each foot. The most concern was the possible break when I fell, turned out to just be badly bruised. The other issue was an issue with overpronation and flat feet, I received some meds and shoe supports and I am feeling almost 100%. Thank you Dr. Schancupp and Staff, you are AWESOME

Dr. Schancupp was able to fit me in after a fall down the stairs - which turned out to be a broken foot. He arranged surgery, and had a great bedside manner. The follow-up care was great and he and his lovely staff really took great care of me.

Receptionist, nurse and Dr Schancupp all team up to deliver professional care in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend this healthcare facility for anyone seeking podiatry assistance and care. My first visit was nearly ten years ago and the level of expertise and care continues through my most recent visits.

I needed to have an ingrown toenail removed and I was very nervous as I have a low tolerance for pain. I cannot believe how gentle and painless the entire procedure was from start to finish. Dr. Schancupp explained every step of the process to me before beginning. I was completely at ease and am so very pleased that I decided to just go ahead and become pain free with that pesky ingrown toenail! Highly recommend this office!

I took a bad fall and injured my foot and ankle. Dr. Schancupp went out of his way to get me scheduled and seen. He did a thorough examination, complete with X-rays. Fortunately, my ankle/foot had no broken bones. I was fitted with a boot and given very complete and easy to follow instructions. He put my mind at ease, showed a very clear attitude of caring and concern, made sure I was well taken care of and had no questions before I left his office. His staff was incredible and followed up with me daily to ensure everything was going as it should. I highly recommend Dr. Schancupp and his team. You really don't find this level of care anymore. Concerning COVID-19 Protection, I wore a mask as did the doctor and staff. I actually watched them sanitize the exam room before I entered. They only see "well" patients, but still take full precautions before allowing anyone to enter the office. Again, I cannot say enough about the quality care I received.

I never write reviews, but this time I must! This doctor MISDIAGNOSED MY COMPLAINT and treated what "HE THOUGHT" my complaint was, NOT what I explained. Very dismissive. I then, proceeded to a more competent practitioner who immediately and correctly diagnosed my complaint. Dr schancupp performed a totally unnecessary procedure! His bedside manner was arrogant! *ATTENTION DOCTOR.... If you're in the business of helping people, OPEN YOUR EARS & ACT LIKE IT!
