Wasted time,
The doctor does not take the time to explain anything with patient, he expects you to go online to see your results. Prescription wise he forgets what medications he needs to dispense and sometimes takes days for your prescription to get to the pharmacy. When you call, they never answer and when they do it will take days for them to call you back. This doctor forgets and you will need to go to another appointment to get diagnosed again, to me it's just a scam to charge your insurance twice. Left worse than better, sorry to say so much negativity but all is true. You've been warned but you try for yourself.

Difficulty making appointment
I have been trying for over an hour to speak to someone in the office to change my appointment. Every time I call (approximately every five minutes) I keep getting a busy signal. It appears they need to work on their telephone skills. I am stuck in another city after having MOHS procedure done and this doctor has scheduled me to come back in Monday to check skin grafts, conflicting with my Monday appointment with Dr. Pallapati.

Dr pallapati took care of my mother. He talks to his patient and answered all my questions. He is concerned about her health and re-evaluated he medication she is taking and prescribed new ones to make her feel better. He is so caring and does not seem o be in a hurry. I really like how he takes care of my mother

Dr. Pallapati is an experienced, intelligent doctor who treats the whole person. He listens well and explains in detail his diagnoses and possible medications. He leaves no stone unturned. He relates well to his patients and takes the time to learn and explain thoroughly.
