Why did "Careyfboi2" give Dr. Carey one star because the UW clinic didn't acknowledge his/her presence? That's not Dr. Carey's fault. Dr. Carey is a great doctor. He listens and explains, he's very knowledgeable and caring. He's been my PCP for many years and I'm very happy with him.

He should not be a Family Health Specialist. He made me very uncomfortable, told me I would change my mind about having kids, said kids are only for 18 years. He was extremely defensive when I asked him why he didn't wash his hands. He claimed the "lotion" was just as good. He touched a door handle and a computer mouse and then proceeded to move forward with the procedure. Never had an experience like this at UW Medicine, and I have been going there for 22+ years. I am never going back to that Dr. or Clinic.

Very poor experience and unprofessional office. The people in the lobby don't even look at you or acknowledge that you're there WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPT SET. Horrible experience.
