carless doctor with intention to pinch pennies
The visit was depressing, useless, then I found 2 significant errors in my medical record. Clearly doctor did not review or did not care. And last expect to pay $25 for your medical record if you want digital copy of your X-rays

Dr Brook owes me money for a treatment after he refused to finish it. His office lied and said I was disrespectful bc I was questioning why they wont give me the treatment they owe me. Each treatment costs $110 and Ive spent about $1500 at this horrible doctor office. They dont offer anything for pain not even lidocaine for the shock therapy. The office staff is very young and unprofessional and inexperienced.

He did a surgery two years ago, which went well. Reinjured my foot again. Canceled my appointment due to the fact that I had a potential COVID exposure. I get that. I'm the one who voluntarily disclosed it as I think it's better to be safe and honest. But he refused to even consider seeing me again for three weeks, which is seven full days past the recommended quarantine. I asked for a recomendation as to what I could do as I am immobilized and in a great deal of pain and I receives nothing. Again...I agree that COVID is not to be taken lightly, but the CDC reduced their quarantine rules two days ago. He wouldn't even take multiple negative test results into consideration. Was frustrating to be told they don't care about the CDC...

Awesome, would give 5 ?'s....(except they"gave me" something to go home with (costing me $54.11) found on Amazon for($6 / $12 / $18 & $24). I mean when I first started with them I made it Abundantly clear at 52 yrs old (I only load trucks @ UPS for the benefits), can't afford muchon $14.00 & 15-25 hrs a week. Single mother (7 Children, 6 Grandchildren & a Dog that's my Sobriety Buddy, & "WITH COVID-19" happening)....WOW!!! I mean...WOW!!! Anywho, if they say "GIVING YOU!!!" (THEY'RE NOT)!!! Thank so very much & Blessed day y'all ??!!! CLnChico2

I love Dr Brook and his staff, they are so caring and professional! They told me what to expect up front and all went as planned. I followed his instructions and was out of the boot in five weeks. I would recommend Dr Brook and Dallas Podiatry Works to anyone. They did a beautiful job, I can't wait to wear my prettiest sandals this summer.

My husband had an app't, the office called to confirm the app't the day before and said the shoes he ordered were in. We went to the office and they said he didn't have an app't and the shoes weren't there. We had paid $7 to park, which they would not validate. So we made another app't and reordered the shoes. On the day of the app't we were told he was not in the system and had to fill out new patient forms, we were upset and the Dr. was rude and did not care about taking care of the problem

I was referred by my GP to Dr Brook. His staff was able to get me in the next day. He diagnosed me quickly and painfully removed my callous. I went for a run this morning with no pain whatsoever. His nurse is wonderful. He is highly skilled and listens to his patient. This office is a joy to receive treatment in. What more could you ask for?

Great doctor and staff! I had surgery on Aug2016. My overall experience before, during, and after the surgery has been great. I was very surprised when I didn't feel any pain after the surgery. Jordan has been wonderful and very patient. Jonathan with his great sense of humor. It makes a huge difference when not only the doctor but the entire staff are compassionate! The ice machine in which I purchased from from Dr. Brooks office as well as the doctors hand was the reason I didn't feel pain.

I never review businesses wrong, because i know how important reviews are. But, I really don't have many options left at this point. I got my ingrown toenail removed last year, both toes. Now, they mentioned it WILL NEVER grow back and the pain from the surgery will go away in 3 to 4 days. Well it was all untrue. I was in pain for good 25 days. Moreover, My right toenail grew so badly that I had to immediately cancel my trips to get back and have it removed again now mind you those long needles
