terrible...showed no real interest in me or medicine.

He just disappeared from practice January 21, 2021 with no reason given. Not fair to patients. Never showed any interest in me or my family or what I do for a living, just looked at lab results.

Very personable and thorough. Addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions.

I appreciate the time and concern Dr. Bartlett gives his patients. I've never had a Dr. that showed this kind of interest and concern

Dr. Bartlett listened to my issue and addressed his solution to prescribe an antibiotic. He was very clear on how to take the antibiotic and noted I will NOT feel 100% better after I finish the meds but they will continue to work after completing the prescription.

Dr. Joel Bartlett happens to be one of a very Few Practitioners,who did not fall off the Tree of Knowledge and did not grab LISTENING SKILLS,he is an exceptional Doctor in his specialty internal medicine and his supporting staff go beyond and above regarding meeting my medical needs and i wish all his staff warm Holiday Wishes and into the NEW YEAR ,Happy Holidays Doctor J. Most visits are little late, but I enjoy the cooling center and reading room!

Both him and his nurse take time to listen to you as well as go over your test results so that you understand what they mean in layman's terms. Plus he always has been on time and does his best to try and not make you wait. Thus when you make an appointment be there on time and it will make your life easy to the both of you.

Dr, Bartlett is always n time, no waiting. He is very kind. His exams are very thorough and he answers all of our questions so that WE can understand what he is telling us. His MA, Rhonda, is absolutely fabulous, she remembered me from my first visit and that I am in a wheelchair and arranged the room ahead of time to accommodate my wheelchair. So far I have also sent my husband (who NEVER goes to the doctor) and my youngest daughter to see him and both with very happy with seeing D. Bartlett too, You just can't find good doctors like this anymore! We lucked out! Rhonda treats us like family now too! And their online portal is so convenient. Their FO staff are great too and super nice!

Dr. Bartlett and his team treat me like family. From the moment I drive up to the courtesy valet parking to giving blood for tests, everyone is courteous and helpful. They listen to what I have to say, and make sure I understand the terms. Their clinical system tracks me, even knows when to send test results to a different doctor I also work with. The only thing I'm not so hot over is getting a pneumonia booster. But I'm sure it's for my own good. What more can one ask for.
