Crowded waiting room during pandemic and uneven mask use by staff. While we were there we were shouted at by two different staff members for two different issues. One of them, an orderly with his mask around his chin, was shouting at us that we couldn't wait in the hall. The other was the receptionist who was mad that we waited in the hall instead of going into the overcrowded waiting room. I can't assess the doctor's performance -- we left without treatment. My mother was very sick but it felt safer to leave than to stay.

Dr. Joe Najjar is the most caring doctor I have ever had in a life of seeing many doctors and hospitals.. He cares to listen to my concerns and is very responsive and knowledgeable. I cannot think of a doctor who has treated me as well as he has. I am now compliant with my medications because of him. I wish everyone with my disease had such a nice doctor. Just a wonderful doctor!

Went to Him to get tested for Lyme Disease. Seemed like a good knowledgeable doctor but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone looks like they're in a bad mood and no one would return my calls when I inquired about the results of my blood test. I finally had to go to the office and demand a copy of my blood test to be read by another doctor. This is totally on unacceptable and a poor reflection on his practice.
