Refused to see me (w/ Negative Covid-19 test)
I've had a cough and shortness of breath for several days, with no other symptoms. I tested for Covid-19 2x and the results were negative. After several days of at-home self-care, cough medicine, lots of Vitamin C, and a few nebulizer treatments, my symptoms were not getting better. I'd prefer to avoid the ER or Urgent Care because I am a high-risk individual for Covid-19. I called my PCP to set up an appointment, no answer. They claim to call back within 30 minutes, so I left a message. No response. The next day I called to follow up, again no answer. After several tries, I finally got someone to answer the phone. After I explained my situation to them and emphasizing that I'd tested negative for Covid-19, they refused to see me. What has our medical community come to? What ever happened to the Hippocratic Oath: - I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures which are required... I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being?

This Doctor gets no stars from me. He is the rudest . Takes forever to get an appointment. And your lucky if you see him. First year i saw the nurse practitioner. When i finally did get an appointment with he was there 5 minutes. And sent me to a physical therapist for my hand without looking at it. Physical therapist wanted me to see a ortho. Dr.Reyes did not believe and easnt gonna give me a referal. Then he said he was dishchargeing me as his patient. Hes a Tool read all the reviews..

I've always had a great experience. You do wait a while but who doesn't when they visit their doctor. I've never had a bad experience with staff.

By far the worst doctors office I've ever had my child go to , talked to Pam & Martha very rude lady's & never could get my child in on a timely manner, never got reminders or courtesy calls to remind me for the appointment they made two or three months Out cause they were so "booked"! Definitely had to switch my son to a more welcoming Pediatrician that cares for our wellbeing & found one :) definitely would not recommend anyone to go here ! Horrible horrible patient care service !
