I cannot say enough about this doctor, he’s very patient and very kind and puts you at ease. Not many doctors care about their patients but he does and he’s always has a smile that lights up the room. I don’t think I would still be living if I had another doctor.

Went to the ER. He made jokes about my weight. Seemed to make a lot of assumptions based on that.

I was sent to Masonic from another hospital where they were not able to place a stent where needed, and my fear was that I would need open heart surgery. I had undergone that operation 11 years ago, so was well aware of the ramifications. It was such a relief when the procedure performed by Dr Gonzales was successful. I found the cath lab and the hospital facilities and the staff to be outstanding. My nurses were caring and helpful. I thank and am eternally grateful to all involved for their great work!

I was in Chicago visiting my daughter. I live in Philadelphia. I went to Advocate in distress. I was having a heart attack. I was taken immediately in through the ER, evaluated and it was determined I needed 2 stents in my right coronary artery. Dr Gonzalez performed this procedure. The care and attention and the quickness of reacting to my heart event more than likely saved my life and prevented massive heart damage. I received excellent care up and down at Advocate. I cannot say enough about the MICCU staff and the all of the doctors overall.
