It's been over 3 years since we've seen her. She is the best PCP hands down. We live in Greenville, South Carolina and it broke our hearts when she located to OK. Rosemary and Tim want you to return to SC at your earliest convenience. We love you and want you back.

Dr. Skaggs is one of the kindest, most compassionate MD's I have ever known. She became my PCP after I completed cancer treatment at GHS several years ago & has been PHENOMENAL in navigating my care. I have various health issues & specialists outside of GHS & the MyChart system, so Dr. Skaggs has to spend more time coordinating my case. I appreciate that she takes her time addressing my concerns & I've never felt rushed. I bring a book to appts - all her patients are treated the same way ;)

Dr. Skaggs is the best in every way! She makes you feel like you are an important patient and not just another patient on her schedule. She pays attention to what you say, she addresses every need, reviews your chart and is prepared to help you. She is honest, has integrity, concern, intelligent and patient. She is tops on my list! You don't have to wait weeks for results. She responds quickly to messages. Thank you Dr. Skaggs!

I previously wrote comments pertaining to my troubles with RX. Just spoke with pharmacist who explained. The RX was written for more refills than a person is allowed in a 6 month period. Mine would span a 15 month period. The patient does not know these things and should have no need to know. The doctor knows and should either inform the patient, or write the RX for the proper amount available within a certain time frame in order to save the patient from additional trips to the dr's office.
