I had apprehensions about going to Dr. Nazareth after reading a couple of unflattering reviews. Funny how quickly we can judge without personal experience…My physician retired in December and I was assigned to her. I’m 42 years old and male, my previous Dr. Was male and was the only one I had gone to since leaving my pediatrician after college. My father also went to him so the comfort level was high.I think what many new patients see as terse or rushed is really a good doctor trying to get through a patient history and review records for accuracy while also maintaining what I can only assume is a difficult schedule reliant on other people punctualities and visit lengths. My opinion? She was great. She was respectful of my time and she wrote me up for what I needed and not what I didnt. She explained as much as she should without getting overly preachy or judge mental. I’m excited to get in with a younger Dr. That will hopefully last as long as I do!

Disappointing
I have never reviewed a physician before but I just left my first appointment with Dr.Nazareth and was very disappointed. After waiting over 40 minutes she came in and started going over my medical history. This was fine, but the way she was going over it was rushed and confusing. She used abbreviations to describe things which made me ask clarifying questions that she seemed annoyed by. Then my appointment ended with her abruptly ordering me bloodwork because she was concerned...

One of the best Doctors I have met
My doctor retired in 2022 and this was my first visit with my new Doctor. I am 65 years old this year and have many doctor visits in my life. The office staff are friendly and on time with appointments. Dr. Nazareth is lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. My first visit with her was great, as I enjoyed her professionalism and active listening to my concerns. I read 2 reviews that were non-flattering and was concerned only to find out those reviews are inaccurate. Thank you so much Dr. Nazareth!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Dr Nazareth.
She is always is in a hurry. Stays at the computer filling in info. Gives short answers. If she examines you it will not be much. She barely touches a spot and asks if it hurts or when checking ankles for fluid. She would be a much better doctor if she would slow down and treat people with thoughtful consideration. I feel as though I have been quickly dismissed after each visit.

In my experience, Dr. Nazareth is very harsh and judgmental, especially towards the medication I've taken for years to combat mental illness symptoms. I felt very belittled and dismissed by the end of my visit--to the point of tears. Maybe she's good with people who don't have mental illnesses, but she lacks the compassion needed to listen and understand the long and difficult process of psychiatric medication management. Find a good psychiatrist before you see her, if at all, because she can and will refuse to fill any psychiatric scripts that she finds uneccessary after your first, two-minute interaction.
