I'm a new patient. Staff was very professional. Dr. Crenshaw knew her stuff. I felt very comfortable in their care and will be going back to them when the need arises.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Doctor spent time with me and performed a thorough and comprehensive eye exam. Got worked up in a professional manner. I’d definitely return here for a follow-up exam!

I have been seeing Dr Crenshaw for many years. She gives me the most thorough eye exams. She takes her time to make sure she has the right prescription for my eyes. My new glasses always correct my vision. That has not been the case with past eye doctors. I would recommend her to anyone who feels their eye exams are short, quick and incomplete. Plus she answers every question I have.

I have been seeing Dr. Crenshaw for at least 15 years, i.e. since my glaucoma was first diagnosed. She is very caring and considerate. What I value most is that she treats me as an intelligent person; she carefully explains her reasoning when she recommends a particular plan of action, whether that be a change in the dosage of the eye drops, any additional diagnostics, surgery or referral to a specialist. She listens and an I credit her for helping me preserve my eyesight for as long as possible

I live in Chicago but was in Herndon for business when I thought I might have torn my retina. I was referred to Dr. Crenshaw by the Retina Group of Washington. I was in her treatment room within an hour of making the first call to her office. Her office staff was friendly and professional, and she is an outstanding clinician. She explained everything she was doing and what she was seeing as she conducted the examination. I only wish I could make her my regular eye physician. She's the best!
