Dr. Joanna Zurada, MD

Waited a month for an appointment to see Dr.Zurada. Arrived early to fill out paperwork so that I could be seen on time. After waiting in the reception area for 25 minutes past my appointment, I then had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor in the room. When I went to ask the front desk staff when the doctor would see me, there was no one at the front desk. I could see and hear the doctor and the staff talking about shoes. The doctor then passed me, and the staff told me “she has patients and will see me soon” at this point it was an hour after my appointment time. I still had not seen Dr.Zurada. I waited another ten minutes and the front desk staff informed me that she would be with the patient before me for quite a while. I ended up leaving and not seeing the doctor due to waiting over an hour and having to be at work. I would give this place 0 stars and would not suggest it to anyone. This type of service from the staff and doctor is extremely bad, I’ve never experienced this before

Dr. Joanna Zurada, has a poorly run office, who have long waiting times. She cancels her appointments, much too often and usually last minute. I understand the COVID-19 Pandemic has caused issues with everyone in the medical profession, but not keeping the patients informed is ridiculous.

I've been going to Dr. Zurada for 7 years now and she is amazing. She answers all of your questions and is personable. She is definitely great for acne treatment. My sister and my mom go to her too, and they love her as well.

I have been going there for a long time. Today's visit was great. Had a problem , Dr Z. and the PA, diagnosed problem, did surgery, bandaged me up, and ,gave me a Rx for medication. All done in one visit. That's why I have been going there for a long time. Dr.Z doesn't rush you, is efficient, listens to you, and a great doctor.

I had to wait for the doctor for more than 1.5 hours, however I had an appointment. It was very annoying but I kept waiting because I thought she is a good doctor. I shouldn't have waited. She was in a rush and she was not really interested for my problems. She behaved like she did not have time for me and spent about 5 minutes in total with me. I will never visit her office again.

This was my best experience visiting a doctors office ever. Very friendly and polite staff. No waiting time at all. Clear explanation of everything she will be doing and why. Attention to every my word and every my question. It's a real pleasure top meet a doctor like her. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you so much!

Doctor was in a rush and lacked compassion. It seemed that she was not interested in dealing with the skin issue related to pregnancy. Would not go again or recommend to friends or family.

wonderful doctor. took time to examine my problem and then gave me a treatment that worked right away. made me feel comfortable. would definitely recommend her.

Dr Zurada is wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel very comfortable and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on what form treatment would work best for my daughter.

I have been seeing Dr. Zurada for several years now, and she's the best. She is compassionate, insightful, and makes going to the dermatologist a pleasure. She recently treated many red spots on my back with a laser and they are completely gone. I think many dermatologists try to sell stuff and Dr. Zurada isn't pushy at all. I highly recommend her!
