I visited Dr.Finn for neck and shoulder pain ,she only could ask me if I wanted a flu and tenintus shot, I explained to her my daily pain and her response was “keep doing what your doing” and rushed me out the door.. complete lack of care or concern regarding my pain. I had to request physical therapy and xrays to be taken which she should recommended

Do Not Go To Dr. FInn
Telehealth
Dr. Finn has not been helpful over a period of a few years. She will prescribe medication but not ever get to the reason or cause of symptoms. She asks no questions, has no curiousity, did not alert me to problematic blood test and she and her office will not do further testing that I requested. She shows no compassion or sympathy and makes you feel like nothing is wrong when you clearly know something is not right with your own body. She made me feel invisible. Please do not go to her, save your time and wellbeing. Go see a different doctor.

I've seen the doc a couple times and she's consistently been helpful! She provides timely advice and helped navigate some tough medical problems for me and family members.

Bad to Worse
Went in to get a cyst lanced and this lady cut me with no anesthetic. Failed to clean the area before or after she scalped me. Horrible experience and the problem is worse than before. I wouldn’t bring my dead dog to her. One star was the lowest I was able to give.

Bad medicine

She prescribed me a weight loss shot and it was working really well, then there became a time when it went out of stock and I didn't have it for a month. I gained 10 lbs while I was off of it and when she found out I gained weight she took the shot completely away from me and said that it wasn't working. This shot is the first medicine that I've taken that actually worked and gave me a lot of hope. Now because of her I can never have it again. Needless to say if you are in danger of dying do not reply on her to save you because she will let you die. Never have I ever been so let down by someone who is supposed to care.

Inadequate exams and diagnostic work. Notes do not disclose all patient’s reasons for seeking treatment. Does not disclose accurate information in documentation. Did not follow through with phone appointment and did not attempt to reschedule. Poor quality of care with each visit to this physician. Seeking new Internal Medicine physician.

If you don't have any issues with your health go with this doc. This doctor is only good at referring you to other departments to treat you. Doesn't respond to all your emails, so you have to spend time calling advise nurse to schedule an appt with her. This doctor will not give you any medical advise or treatment, only thing she will do is prescribe some type of scream or pill for your issues.
