Awful customer service
I arrived for my appointment and was told it been cancelled by the system and there were no appointments left and there was nothing they could do about it. They didn’t even seem to care and left me without an appointment. A little caring would have gone a long way. Awful customer service.

My son attended Red Light practice for 2 yrs. Her goal was to prevent wt gain from the multiple steroids and another med. We attended every appt and pd our $50 co-pay. We were told that we could not participate in the program unless I pd for $1000 in supplies: books, stickers, recipes, website, etc.He did nothing but gain lbs while I was berated by the ped. I told her and she stuck to her plan, regardless. We saw her every 3 months while untrained 20-yr olds ran the place.
