The doctor doesn't listen. You'll spend a half hour in the waiting room, another hour in a room waiting, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything she says to every patient in the place - zero privacy. I asked repeatedly to have tests done and was denied. Asked to change my medications as they weren't helping and was told to "give it more time" even though it had been over a year. My final straw was having to call 4 times to get blood work results...and being told "everything looks fine" (it didn't - i had looked it up online and had several things I wanted to go over) and to make an appointment if I had concerns...oh but they were dropping my insurance so I'd have to pay out of pocket. To discuss blood work results. Don't go to this doctor. You'll get sicker just waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Went back 3 times for the same thing after antibiotics didn’t work, she refused to call in antibiotics and made me come in even though there was nothing to see and she knew the issue. Scheduled me for an 8:30 am appointment, even though they weren’t open yet, waited until 9am and then left. Incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I was ill and made an appointment with the lovely, Jessica on 12/4/17. My appointment time was 11:30 and I sat in the room waiting for the doctor, while I could hear her engaged in a heated vulgar argument for 10+ mins with her husband. Not only was I waiting but an elderly gentleman, too. When she finally entered the room, I asked if her energy was good and did she value her patient she replied, “No,” and walked out the room. This was my doc for a year. Please stay away from this rude doctor!!!
