Expect Cancellations
My grandparents have been patients of Dr. Nguyen for 5+ years and have never felt that she prioritized any of her patients. She is constantly in and out of office whether it be on sick leave or vacation and is so difficult to get a hold of. Her receptionists also do a terrible job of organizing appointments as our appointments were always overlapping with another patients. I feel that my grandparents have not been getting the treatment they need due to her lack of responsibility. We will not be returning to her “care”.

She is not good. She does not care about her patients and is very greedy. She is a difficult and she only allows me to get 1 prescription each time I come. She also only takes cash only and makes it difficult for me to get other prescriptions that I need and is not very helpful in explaining. She does not care about her patients. I would not recommend coming to her at all and have switched doctors. The staff is also not very friendly.
