She is simply the best. I could not be more impressed. She is attentive and easily understandable and despite her incredibly busy schedule she is always completely familiar with my case.

Dr. Miller was superficially charming, forced and phony. So, I researched her background. I was not surprised to find Dr. Miller's long CV filled with academic publications and appointments to professorships with long, boring names that sound like 17th century English authors. You know what they call a doctor who has dozens and dozens of research publications? A researcher. A researcher is not necessarily a good physician and Dr. Miller, at least, proves this true. Dr. Miller was socially awkward and made me feel ill at ease around her. Her explanations were glib and half-hearted. Quite simply, there are dozens of better clinical Ophthalmologists in the Boston area to choose from. Unless of course, you're trying to discover the intracellular mechanisms of macular degeneration. Need surgery on your eye, shop around.

Yeah, so I read in to all of Dr. Millers accomplishments as a retina specialist. And I avoid reading into the negative reviews. But I have to wonder now, because her website expresses now accepting new patients and her office says she is not accepting "patients" I was told to make an appointment with a staff member that may or may not br able to perform eye surgery.

I lost my vision in the left eye when Dr. Miller inserted a tube to let tears drain.
