I had my first colonoscopy because of a positive test on the fecal occult blood test. The whole staff was fantastic throughout the procedure. Dr Chandra clearly explained my results, including some concerns and the need for a follow up in a year. Even though I missed the reschedule, her office did not. They reached out to me to set up the appoint I missed. I had the same great care the second time around along with a clean bill of health. I highly recommend Dr Chandra and her office.

While I've only had a single visit with Dr. Chandra, the experience was thoughtful, professional, and accommodating.Dr. Chandra is more than a gastrologist, she is also a member to the MWgi practice and the practice made the experience. The front desk staff, namely Michelle, showed empathy, flexibility, and kindness by accommodating me on very short notice. While I don't think the practice can accomplish this in every instance, it offered a glance into how a great provider separates themselves from a good provider.Dr. Chandra and the nursing staff at MWgi were the peak of professional in what can sometimes be an awkward moment in a person's life - gastro stuff :)If you're looking for a gastrologist and want the best - head to MWgi and ask for Dr. Chandra. Be sure to bring a smile for the front desk staff, they'll return that smile and make your day better.

Dr. Chandra and her team are wonderful. They treat you with respect, they are informative, and wait times are not too long. First timer with zero complaints!

Dr. Chandra performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. She was very informative while going over my history and the procedure information. The procedures went perfectly smooth, and she followed up with the results afterward. Everyone at Midwest Surgery Center was very polite, professional, and sincere, making me feel very comfortable given the circumstances. Dr. Chandra was very professional, kind, explained the procedure and had a wonderful staff that assisted her. Everyone who assisted was thorough and caring.

Dr Chandra took the time to listen to the issues I was having & unlike the other GI I saw at a different practice, she kept asking questions to dig to what the possible root cause of my issues. For the first time in months I feel like I have a doctor's appointment in my corner who wont stop until we figure out what is causing my GI system to go wonky. And doesn't blame me or want to pass me off to a dietician truly understands this is a GI system issues not a dietary issue.

She performed my EGD and explained everything before and after. Excellent bedside manner and spent time answering all of my questions.

I was supposed to see Dr. Taeormina, but the wait time for an appointment was so far out, I asked to see another doctor and the staff set me up with Dr. Chandra. The wait time was still quite some time, but they called me and told me they had a cancellation if I would like to come in sooner. I shared this because I believe that shows just how great the staff is there as well. Dr. Chandra was amazing. I had a lump I was really worried about and within minutes, she diagnosed what was going on and eased my fear. She never once acted like she was in a hurry. Made me feel valued as a patient. Explained everything to me. Told me multiple times that if I had any other issues, be sure and let them know. The entire experience was flawless, from the day I called to make an appointment to the day of my visit. I would not even consider another gastroenterologist or clinic should I need one in the future.
