When you have the BEST DR who’s saved your life
I’ve seen many doctors over the past 61 years and Dr. Allman has set the bar so high it’s hard for anyone to fill her shoes. I came to her extremely ill with absolutely no diagnosis and no relief in sight. She took me on and brought me thru some of the darkest days of my life. The thing that made the difference in getting me to a healthier me was if she didn’t know how to deal with my needs she reached out and found what I needed. Her patience and compassion for her patients were beyond our expectations. She never once made me feel like an inconvenience or bother even on weekends or holidays. Admission after admission, showing up at her office in my pj’s with my head in a bucket she would give me her 1000%. She never stopped till she got answers. She ALWAYS listened to me even when it didn’t make sense. Dr. Allman is no longer my provider bc we moved away and honestly leaving her practice was one of the hardest parts about moving away! Blessed to have had her.

I’ve met with her 3 times. She’s been late every single time, up to 45 mins, and our sessions have been less than 5 mins at best and extremely rushed- she’s literally walked out of room while giving me instruction and not even ask if I have further questions or need further clarification. I’ve had to walk myself out only feeling completely confused and frustrated. I do not have enough time to ever explain or talk about things. She denied putting in a request for blood work until I begged only to prove that I was indeed correct about my complaint and thus referred to a specialist. I asked her if she could provide instruction about something in an email and refused only to be forced to book an appointment that lasted 1:22mins and then forwarded the same instructions that she read to me during the visit. Total waste of money. I do not feel listened to or valued at all. In my opinion, the worst tact, care, and attention I’ve ever received from a primary care “doctor”.

I seen Dr. Allman for treatment of a pressure ulcer on my foot caused by Camden Clark wrapping my foot wrong to treat a stress fracture. After going to the wound center she did an ultrasonic cleaning of the wound, within 2 days it was red swollen and looked infected, I notified and returned, she was out sick or on vacation, the nurse took a sample and sent to the lab, no drugs were prescribed. turned into a major infection needing surgery.
