Really bad. I can not understand this office. I know the Doctor is never there and the people he leaves you with are very low in there medical knowledge. I leave the second they have to look on there phone to diagnose you and what med. to use. I have cancer and a severe breathing problem but no help at this place

Dr chin charts what he wants to hear not what he hears

I have no problems with Dr. Chin. Nothing but rude and immature attitudes and how I have never been treated the way I was treated today. later I tried to fine someone in complaining about my awful experience. That phone just kept ringing then all of a sudden a message. I just hung up. I guess I will have to send a letter to Dr. Chin. I hate to find another doctor all because of dealing with a few bad apples at the front desk and nurse.

I called early today because I needed to make and appointment in talking to my Doctor about my medication. The receptionist didn't answer so I got up with the nurse for my Doctor. I told her I needed to make an appointment but the receptionist never answered. The nurse was rude in talking and asking me about my medication which wasn't her job. I know in the past the nurse messed up on my medication as I called to see why I had not received it at my pharmacy. I was uncomfortable the whole time with the nurse as she was just questioning me about all my medication as I look back the whole situation ticked me off. I called a few minutes ago and see if I could get someone of authority When I got up with the receptionist in making an appointment well she was rude and even threw my missing my last appointment in my face. I needed to see my Doctor sometime this week. It was awful in how I was treated from the times I first talked to someone then again. The front is worked by kids.

I did not even get past the initial phone call in trying to get an appointment. She did not want to listen to what I had to say nor the circumstances surrounding my situation. Guess I should have paid attention to the review on the office staff.

Really the best medical lab and treatment I've received at any medical facility by far

Caring and intellect staff. They treat you like part of their family Always eager go to the extra mile to make sure sure I'm taken care of

Dr. Chin is a fine doctor. Unfortunately his office staff is the worst of the planet. They are not responsive to phone calls their scheduling is abysmal. Unfortunately had to find another provider to meet my needs.
