I had to leave, but hopefully coming back. Not just the Dr. But the staff is amazing.

Been going to his office for about 2 years. It was during Covid n had pain that wouldn’t go away n my reg dr was not seeing in person patients. Was referred n so glad I went. Was taken care of so well, n also have diabetes 2. Changed a few meds n am so happy I went. Dr Zhang n Anna PA n staff are amazing. Would recommend for pain or diabetes treatment.

He may have gone out of business. I have been unable to reach him all week. I realize the bad roads and weather are a factor but when you call the the message doesn't even identify that you have reached a doctor, and says you have reached a phone number other than the one you called. Then it says the mailbox is full so you cant even leave a message. This it totally un acceptable. I can only assume they may have gone out of business.

He has been my PCP since 2013. That should speak volumes already! I’m a pretty complex case, but he has never given up. Now, SEVEN years later, we finally might have a light at the end of this scary tunnel! Thanks for never giving up on me Dr. Z!

Best doctor I have ever had , he really care about your whole health . I have Fibermyalgia and when I started with him I was a mess . I was sleeping 20 a day from chronic pain . Today I’m not what I was before I was sick but I’m so much better. I own my life to him . I thank God for bringing him in my life , he’s not only my doctor but I consider him a friend. You’re doing a great job Doctor Zhang !!!

Terrible office. Incompetent front desk staff with poor English skills. It took 30 min to check in as a returning patient. They discuss your personal information for the entire lobby to hear. On my last visit, they nearly skipped my annual physical b/c the nurse practitioner "wasn't told about it", then she rushed through it. Terrible well-woman exam - you are examined for 30sec by a nurse who seems nervous and embarrassed. They charge you to go over lab results in person... I've never seen Dr Z

I have a lot of conditions and Dr. Zhang and his NP is amazing. Not only do they work with me to try and get the right combinations of medications that suits me but also try not to use medications that will interfere with me now or in the future and cause me great discomfort. I just moved to Texas and I could not have found a more perfect doctors office for me. I walk out of there with answers and I'm highly satisfied. The staff is even amazing, remembering my son after one only previous visit!

I have never experienced greater care or expertise with any doctor at any time in my life, this is a well organized caring and excellent team. Dr. Zhang and Dr. "Hannah" (her first name) are excellent. They work together with a warm highly skilled staff in such a wise knowledgeable and caring way that it leaves you feeling like you have visited your own family. (What am I saying, they are better than that, ha.) They keep a abreast of every new discovery. Summation: Perfection!

Dr. Zhang has been a savior for me. All the staff feel like family, because they really care about the well being of their patients. Whether I see Dr. Zhang or Mrs Henna I know I'm getting the best care in the DFW metroplex. I moved to Arlington over 2 years ago and have to drive an hour on the toll road to see Dr. Zhang, however to get the best of care what is a little traffic.

Terrible experience. Jinsong Zhang was rude and condescending to me and my son the entire appointment. He also couldn't effectively communicate what my son was sick with and told us it could be anything. The wait time was also unnecessarily long.
