Very thoughtful and thorough

I saw Dr.Sung for tendinitis on my hand March 2025. She was worth the wait. Very compassionate,personable with an awesome “bed side manner.”Two months of pain and one cortisone shot and already feel better.Thank you Dr. Sung!

I tore my TFCC in my wrist playing Tennis, and went to Dr. Sung to make sure there wasn't anything more serious in the wrist and hand. I had been experiencing pain in the wrist and thumb. After reviewing my x-rays and discussing my various points of pain, she provided a recommendation for a thumb brace to use while playing sports for the thumb pain, and gave me options to consider for the future for the wrist. She also pointed me to a topical ointment to use to help address the thumb inflammation directly. Great visit overall

Can't recommend Dr. Sung enough - she was so kind and thorough in reviewing my injury and cause of injury to really understand my situation and concern. She did a great job explaining what she was doing during her examination and why so that I understood her diagnosis and recommendations, and ultimately I feel really confident in her expertise and my care plan.

My experience as a new patient with Dr. Sung and her staff was excellent. I left the office with all of the information I needed about my osteoarthritis and a plan for managing it. Dr. Sung really took the time to listen to my concerns and provide me with relevant education. Truly grateful for this positive experience.

You don’t get all these qualities with many doctors, but Dr. Sung excels at all of them. This was my first visit with her. My finger was very swollen, with no known cause. She recognized my issue right away, and it appeared to be worse than I thought. After x-rays came back negative for bone fracture, she did a minor procedure in the office and sent a sample to the lab. She gave me a lot of information about my condition and answered all my questions during the office visit. She immediately put me on antibiotics to treat the infection, and when the lab results came back, she called me to tell me that ordered a different and more appropriate medication for that type of infection. (She just wanted to get me started on something right after the office visit so that the infection wouldn’t spread.)I was quite impressed with how thorough and diligent she was in her diagnostic and treatment process, as well as her follow-up. All around, a great experience.

I went there cause I had a trigger finger and I had what I thought was arthritis and she sent me for an x-ray and indeed I had two trigger fingers. She gave me two Cortizone shots and my fingers feel great already and I just went yesterday. She is a very professional physician she spoke to me and explained everything to me and even drew me a diagram. She’s an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend her to anybody who needs anything or orthopedic with your hands.

I saw Dr Sung to have my trigger finger looked at. While there she discovered that I had carpal tunnel as well. Her manner was sympathetic and reassuring. She explained in language I understood and drew diagrams. Terrific. I highly recommend you ask to have an appointment with her.

I felt welcomed and never rushed. Dr. Sung spoke to me like a peer, with no condescension or pretense. I am confident I can put Dr. Sung's recommendations to work, even though it is a long-term plan. I already feel better, thanks to her recommendation to sleep with a wrist brace. My sleep has improved. (Elbow pain had gotten so bad it was waking me up at night.)

We went to Dr. Sung for my daughter’s broken wrist. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, answered all our questions, and made my daughter feel at ease. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

Loved my visit with Dr Sung. I had a small cyst on my left index finger and she was so helpful, provided an explanation for what caused it, and what I needed to do. I recommend here highly.

I had X-rays of my hand and finger joint. Dr. Sung explained the cause of my pain and provided options with a recommendation to try non-invasive methods of treatment first with other options available in the future if necessary.

Dr. Sung was comprehensive in her evaluation of my issues. She listened with empathy & I never felt rushed. She went over all treatment options, and we came up with a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with.

Dr. Sung is professional, very friendly, explains everything in great detail but in language that you can understand. Answers all questions and doesn’t hurry you out the door. Highly recommend her. I have sent friends and relatives to her.

I have been to Dr Sung a couple of times re: my wrist and carpel tunnel. She is very smart, always positive, patient, empathetic, and informative. She’s conservative which I appreciate. I needed to be seen rather quickly this last time because of an impending ankle surgery and her team thankfully got me in. We discussed what the future may look like, surgery options and rehabilitation. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a broken wrist and saw her a few times for care. She is by far one of the best Doctors I have had in my lifetime, and I am in my 50’s. She is gentle, compassionate, easy to talk to and excellent at what she does. She was always on time, and never made me wait.
