HORRIBLE MEAN UNCARING INCOMPETENT
UNCARING, ROBOTIC, RUSHED AUTOMATON!!!Liang is so horrible!! I saw her 3 times for EXCRUCIATING low back pain. I have been to 2 emergency clinics my pain is so bad. She is completely uncaring! She shouts at me she needs an Xray. Well, IBJI just Xrayed my back. She snaps she needs one of my hip. OK, fine. Then she shoves me out the door. She never looked at X-rays. 5 minutes total at each visit! I begged for a steroid shot. She refused at 3 visits! I'm in excruciating pain! She's booked up for 6 weeks out, so I'm suffering & laying flat on my back day & night from April-July. No relief. On 3rd visit, I asked nurse to pull up my X-rays on the computer, which she does. Liang comes in, I ask her to pull up X-rays, she LIES & says she can't pull them up on that computer! I tell her nurse did & she OVERACTS all surprised & LOUDLY says,OH IS THAT YOU, IS THAT YOU?? Really overdoes it, barks at me like she's SCOLDING A MISBEHAVING CHILD, like I've done SOMETHING WRONG. Im 61 yrs old&in PAIN

Dr. Liang does not control her sarcastic, rude, suspicious, angry, contemptuous, incompetent nurse. I visited for pain management and was told by the run unnamed nurse the doctor does not do that. I explained to the nurse that a board certified doctor sent me to Dr. Liang, showing her the doctor's referral form, but the nurse treated me like a drug addict seeking a "fix". She asked me why I was there twice, the first time with the door closed, the second time she opened the door. That was very odd. Since rude lady made it clear they would not treat me I left. When I opened the door I saw Dr. Liang standing outside the door listening. She lacked the backbone to talk to me herself. That left me weening myself off a pain medication without doctor's assistance. I was sleepless for a week, a side-affect of the drug, and because Dr. Liang would not treat me. She left her rude nurse do the dirty work. Dr. Liang is a coward being bullied and incompetent.

Dr. Liang and her team are very professional and warm and friendly. My back pain was very severe, Dr. Liang did what she could to make me as comfortable as possible while my body heeled. She explained what she could do and gave me choices as how to proceed. It was really a breath of fresh air to sit down with a Dr. and not get a boat load of pills as answers.

I think the only tool she has in her toolbelt for pain is an epidural shot, If that doesn't work for your pain she can no longer help you with your pain. I love her staff, however, she did not leave me with a feeling of caring at all.
