Dr. Jing Chen, MD

she is evil, could care less about your pain, had seen her for over 2 yrs, and I think she actually touched me 3 times, rest was done on her face in computer. But I have heard she no longer takes patients, which is a GREAT THING.

This Dr is supposed to be caring for her patient, my mother. This Dr is a awful joke. My mother was in tears after her appt today. The Dr makes up information & i think she is into messing with people's pain & emotions. She needs her license taken from her. If u are looking for a Dr i highly suggest u move on....would not recommend at all.

Ease of communication- zilch. Feeling of powerlessness when she decides to change medication for seemingly no reason. She advised me she changes medication "all the time" when questioned. Fear of losing mess if questioned. Little to no interest or knowledge in my area of pain which is endometriosis. It's chronic but intermittent, and was put on a long term pain patch and told not to drink "ice water" (something about Chinese medicine). No resolution other than removing meds when complain

I have been a patient for approx. 6yrs. I have had good pain control, and love Dr. Chen. She has treated me very well even with over 10 conditions. At times I need a little more time in the visit other times its quick.We have tried multiple adjunct therapy. I like her staff and have no problems waiting for them. She has moved to a new office which is fantastic. Most of all I referred my sister to her and my sister loved her.

Finds it acceptable to let patients suffer. Very unprofessional on all fronts.

Very careful and checks to make sure your other diagnoses are correct.
