I’ve been going to Dr Hankins for years. He has an excellent bed side manner and he explains in detail why you are having pain. He is a doctor that wants to help you improve your life while managing your pain. He has an excellent staff that share his great qualities also.

He is the only Doctor I have ever been to that listens to his patients. He understands that all people are different and react differently to pain. He does everything he can along with his Amazing nurse Practitioner Amanda, and his staff to ensure they care about your health. Dr. Hankins is a godly man with amazing faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ. If your looking for DRUGS, this is not your Doctor. He monitors your drug and alcohol usage for the safety of you and our society. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Dr. Hankins is the best! He is very knowledgeable, professional, takes his time with me and has excellent bedside manners. His staff are the same. I highly recommend the Physical Therapy that I have and continue to receive.

Dr Hankins is the only dr I have ever seen to explain my back problems!!!! He and his staff are very compassionate and they listen to what you have to say!!!! I would recommend Dr Hankins office to anybody!!!

I knew that I liked Dr Hankins personality, but I didn’t know how much better the care is in Alabama than over a sister state, until my daughter brought me to her house for a few months and I visited a nurse practitioner, a pain doctor, a behavioral therapist doctor and a bone specialist. While I’m still waiting on a bone specialist opinion following an ordered bone DEXA scan, I can say that home is a great place to go back to. Our state isn’t wasting Medicare as badly as happens here. Thanks

I would trust him with my life. I just believe after he said I needed a pain pump and I saw 2 consults for this. He refused to see me mainly because my husbands employer would not pay the insurance company and went into litigation with MEDICARE! Which I did not know about until his boss gave him a copy of the paperwork and my spouse was dumb enough to give to me and I called the phone number and the other party asked where I received them and please destroy I said I will not! I did not know!

Till recent events of his clinic no longer treating patients that are "concurrent users" of medications, I was treated for my afflictions by Dr. Hankins. His patience, knowledge and professionalism in the treatment of Chronic Pain are of the highest standards. I thank him and his staff for greatly increasing the quality and quantity of my life.

Dr. Hankins is a warm and compassionate physician who listens and assesses treatment options by allowing ample time to complete the process. I felt understood and that Dr. Hankins developed and monitored treatment options specific for me. His staff members are caring and considerate with patients every time. I would gladly recommend Dr. Hankins!

Can NOT get an honest answer from this establishment. They continue to LIE, Not interested in the TrUTH!! Plus, it took them 4 weeks to get back to me after I called the day prior to REMIND them they had never gotten back with me! SMH

Dr. Hankins and his staff (including the Physical Therapy staff) are professional and courteous. Dr. Hankins is a warm, caring and kind individual who with his medical degree has an awesome opportunity to help individuals with chronic pain, like myself. He listens to everything you have to say. He does not rush patients through the office. He has taught his staff to show kindness and patience and it shows. I would highly recommend Dr. Hankins to everyone I know.
