The PAs were great. Dr not too much
Dr Ardo was indifferent and his treatment and inattention to my lack of progress caused me a lot of stress and unnecessary prolonged symptoms. Turns out I might have been too patient and trusting . I now have total permanent hearing loss and my new doctor says a coclear implant may be better than new hearing aids. Recurring ear aches and punctured ear drums are not fun.

I developed a post-op infection. I was not able to get a hold of Dr. Argo. His parter did call in antibiotic ear drops, but they were not effective. So I called back and didn't get a return call for a day and a half. At that point, I had gone to urgent care, and they said the infection looked life threatening and sent me to the ER. I was called after I was treated and discharged by the ER, but if it has been dealt with before that point, perhaps the ER trip and expense was not necessary.
