Dr. Jill Smith, MD

Jill Smith has been my son's PCP for the past 3.5 years... during which time his weight has literally doubled... he went from 80 pounds as a 7 year old to 180 pounds as a 10 year old... this is insane... he has always been very active in every sport possible(football, basketball, baseball, etc..) very little idle time between sports.... he eats healthy well rounded meals(including vegetables, he loves salads!).... many times I have questioned Dr. Smith with my concerns about his weight gain... only at our most recent appointment did she finally acknowledged that is was most likely a medication(that she prescribed) that was the culprit for the weigh gain... I trusted this Lady with my son's heath, she dropped the ball... And then sent me a letter to let me know she was dropping my son as a patient... Now I'm left with searching for a new doctor to fix this mess she got my son into...Very Disappointed!

Dr. Smith is wonderful. She is an active listener to both parents and children. Her approach to every situation is both thorough and unhurried. I feel extremely fortunate that she is my granddaughter’s pediatrician.

Recently, our regular pediatrician was on vacation so my son had to see Dr. Jill Smith. Worst doctor’s office experience of my life! I am stilll in shock of how extremely rude and condescending she was! I can’t even imagine how she must make new inexperienced mothers feel :(

We saw Dr. Smith from the time my son was born until he was 22 months old. I loved that I could send messages directly to nurse Megan and she always was quick in responding and she was able to get us in on a moments notice a couple of times. Unfortunately when we had scheduled well-child checkups our wait times were ridiculously long, often 50-60 minutes. Dr. Smith did not ever really impress me with her knowledge and when I asked questions she almost seemed put out. Not great for a new mom.

My kids Love her and her staff. I am a foster care provider and she rolls with the many issues that com with that perfectly.

Dr. Smith is a great pediatrician. She listens and takes her time. I am very pleased with her bedside manner and appreciate that she doesn't force anything on you. Dr. Smith did a great job on my sons circumcision and clipping his tongue. I would recommend her to anyone.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Smith. The staff was very kind and courteous. The wait time was a little overwhelming with two toddlers (hour). Dr. Smith listened very patiently to our concerns and did not try to rush us. When we asked about our sons' diets, we were not impressed with Dr. Smith's knowledge on nutrition as nutrition has everything to do with health and wellness.

Excellent service by Dr. Smith and all of her staff (the nurse and receptionist). My daughter was ill and vomited in the waiting room. Everyone was so compassionate and kind and made sure she had medicine ASAP. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks!

Dr smith was always able to get us in right away when we needed to. Her staff was kind and welcoming. Service was quick and we are very pleased. We would highly recommend her as a pediatrician.
