Felt Deceived as Patient
Be aware that if you discuss any topics related to your health or answer questions during your annual exam, you will be coded for an office visit and charged via insurance. I have seen Dr. Liss for four years and had always enjoyed being a patient of hers. On my last visit for annual exam, I was billed for an "office visit" for reasons still unknown to me and told only after I received the bill from insurance that I was to be charged. I have discussed the same items on previous visits and never had a copay. I attempted to dispute multiple times but was denied. Even those in the UCHealth clinic thought the practice was ridiculous. I will be finding a new provider for future care. Dr. Liss never once reached out to me to attempt to resolve this situation. Very disappointed!

I saw Dr. Liss on a last minute appointment very early in my pregnancy. I had not even had an initial intake yet but she made me feel like she genuinely cared to know my history and help put my mind at ease. I was unsure of my due date and had pain the few days preceding my appointment. Once I saw her she took down all my information had an amazing attitude and tried to look at my ultrasound. When she discovered I was very early in my pregnancy she sent me to get labs and verify with ultrasound.
