Staff rudeness
Called to explain that my child may be 10 minutes late for her appointment due to school traffic was told that she would not be seen I Need to reschedule they were very strict on lateness was told by employee Vicky that if I had trouble with the appointment times and couldn’t be there maybe I needed to find another business that wasn’t as strict with their times if you happened to be late in other words choose another dentist, so I called and cancelled and said if I knew who to report her rudeness I would got a call back from Vicky went to voicemail that if I had a complaint I could address her well the complaint is on you mam for rudeness so rude ….done call me back being a bully never had a problem before Til now…
