Dr. Jianhuan Meng, MD

I've been coming here for over four years, and the doctor is excellent. The only issue is with the front desk's appointment service. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday on Monday, but today, the front desk claimed there was no appointment for Thursday. I informed her that the call records clearly indicate I made the appointment on Monday at 2:59 PM. However, the front desk responded with, "Don't argue, doctor is busy." The issue with this appointment is not isolated; it's a recurring problem. Not only was there a lack of proactive communication about appointment cancellations, but there also seems to be an attempt to shift the blame onto the patient and the doctor. This attitude is profoundly disappointing. What's even more frustrating is that the same front desk repeatedly requested that I undergo a health check, despite me already having completed the necessary examinations at my company's hospital. I explicitly communicated this to the same front desk staff on two occasions. The repeated requests are a significant waste of the patient's, the patient's family's, and the hospital's time. I hope the hospital takes these issues seriously, improves the appointment system, enhances the professionalism of the front desk staff, and ensures that patients do not encounter similar problems in the future.

Dr. Meng and his staff is the most time sharing, and caring doctor that I've every had the opportunity to care for me. I would readily recommend him for my family members.
