Dr. Jessica Ybanez-Morano, MD

Dr. Morano treats her patients with care and ease. She is thorough and understanding. I would recommend her 100%.

If there were an option for zero stars I'd choose it. She was condescending to me. She treated me like I was an idiot, despite knowing that I am a nurse. She was rude, careless during my delivery, and unprofessional (even asking my sister in law to put gloves on and hold my baby off his cord after she prolapsed it).

Staff is very unorganized and rude. Nurse practitioner spent less than four minutes during total visit. We were advised to call the office on Friday for prescription and told test results would be provided. Called before noon and office closed. Answering service was rude, hung up on us and refused to have doctor call despite explanation of issues. No one would call back or call in needed prescription. Very disappointed in the level of care from this doctor's office.

I had her with my daughter 14 years ago and she had poor bedside manner then. This time is even worse. I just found out I am diabetic and she berates me each appointment because I didn't know prior to my pregnancy. I've been told that its my fault and there are no excuses for anything that she has ordered and I haven't done. Examples: getting my test strips approved is my fault because her staff wouldn't call my insurance.

I went to this office for the first time in the fall. I have a new cancer diagnosis. No follow-up, no phone call, do I need anything, help navigating the system, etc from this office. Great advocate. I had to go back to get all results, as she doe not do this over the phone. I made an appointment with the doctor, the week after she was to return from vacation, saw the NP because she was still out, who had no answers (got the news from the hospital) and promised to call. Still waiting.

I had my first ever visit with Dr. Morano today. Her staff and her were very friendly and efficient. My yearly check was fast and painless. I was in and out in no time. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

I've been a patient since I was 15 and I'm now in my late 30s. She's delivered 3 of my 4 children. I think she is very knowledgable and she's blunt. She also has a sarcastic sense of humor. I've recommended her to family & friends for several years.

Dr. Moreno took the time to talk with,answer any questions and made me feel completely at ease. She is the best. I would highly recommend her !

Dr. Morano is the most efficient doctor I have ever been to. I have been to numerous gynecologists and Have never had a doctor that goes above and beyond any expectations that I had.when I went to her. She is an outstanding doctor and I would recommend her to everyone. She has found things that were not found by my previous doctors and has followed through with procedures to help me.
