Dr. Jessica Schloesser, DO

Dr. Schloesser is fantastic. After an about a year of being an established patient, I was experiencing issues and she walked me through my options, giving me all of the information I needed to make a decision. I ended up having a hysterectomy, performed by Dr. Schloesser, and it was the best possible experience. Leading up to, during and after while in recovery, she was supportive, informative, detailed and quick to respond to my inquiries. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

BIPOC here. I was nervous about my visit after reading her reviews, but it was a last minute appt and it was either her or nobody. I think maybe the bad reviews were from when she was younger. We all grow and change and it seems like she may have read the feedback and improved. She listened well (I talk a lot) and didn’t preach at me or get judgmental even though some other doctors probably would have. She gave some good recommendations too that other doctors usually wouldn’t. She does have kids herself which I appreciated, so she gets what it’s like to be a working mom. Overall it was a good experience, and I would recommend her.

I left my appointment not feeling like I was heard and there were a couple of questions that never got answered. I reviewed my notes after the appointment and the provider noted things that weren’t discussed at all. In some of her questions to me, she came off judgmental about my choices. Overall the appointment just didn’t leave me feeling comfortable.

The 1 star reviews of Dr. Schloesser are extremely absurd to me. I almost let them deter me from making a new patient appointment with her, but I’m so glad I didn’t! She is so caring and down to earth. She listens intently and takes as much time as necessary to make sure you understand all your options before she leaves the room. I have severe endometriosis and I spent a long time searching for an obgyn who I felt really cared and understood as well as someone Id be comfortable with performing my surgery. She doesn’t pressure you into a treatment plan you’re not comfortable with (this was one of my biggest concerns!) and she takes the time to address each concern individually, there’s never any rushing. I am so fortunate that I found Dr. Schloesser!! I recommend her to all my female friends and family!

She could care less. I am getting a new doctor.

I would not recommend Dr. Schloesser. She was insensitive and I truly felt like she did not care about me or my unborn baby. After speaking with another OB/GYN, I found out that she ordered unnecessary tests on me which had to be done at the hospital. I will definitely NOT be seeing her again. Luckily, I've seen all of the other doctors in her practice and the rest of them are awesome.

She's been thete to deliver all 3 of my kids and a very big support thorough out my high risk pregnacy. Jessica you are a blessing.

My daughter saw Dr. Schloesser today at her OB appointment and it was the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor. My daughter is currently 13 weeks pregnant and still breastfeeding her 17 mo old. The dr told her she was killing her unborn baby by continuing to breastfeed. She also called my daughter morbidly obese and said that she is only allowed to gain 8 more lbs during her pregnancy or it will kill her baby. My daughter is 5'4 and weighs 169. I would NOT recommend this doctor!
