Top Notch Doctor
What stood out most about my two visits to Dr. Jessica Ryan's office is her caring presence. She makes no assumptions but rather listens carefully and asks clarifying questions. Fortunately those were the only two visits I needed to take care of my concerns but I can tell you that if something more serious had been the case, I would have felt completely assured of the highest medical care. This doctor can go to the head of her class!

Dr. Jessica Ryan is not only a brilliant surgeon but also a very honest, kind and caring human being. She has the heart of a teacher and makes the time to be sure you understand the issues, the surgery and walks with you every step of the way. I am so blessed to have had a friend tell me to make an appointment with her for a 2nd opinion. I have transferred all of my future care to her. Thank you Dr. Jessica Ryan for making such a positive impact on my life and keeping my breast intact with your expertise on hidden scar techniques.

No need to travel to Boston to receive excellent care for breast care diagnosis & care. Within a few weeks of discovery was operated on for removal of cancer of the breast. Every effort was made to make me well informed of the procedures, what to expect & the follow-up. Clear information about my expectations. Felt I was part of a team to get the best results. Entire staff was supportive & professional.

I’ve never had to deal with a cancer diagnosis and to have Dr Ryan as my oncologist was miraculous she’s so enjoyable to talk even when the subjects are not pleasant. But I trusted you with everything that was done. There’s no better doctor that I could find. lucky I moved to Manchester last year ! And a plus we go to the same beach I knew you’d be great if you like Salisbury Beach! The only downside is the surgical part is through! Myb I’ll see you at the beach sometime!

Dr. Ryan is one of the most compassionate surgeons I have ever met. She recently performed surgery on me for breast cancer-never once did she make me feel uncomfortable, or seem in a hurry and even called me while she was on vacation to give me pathology results. Dr. Ryan was kind and courteous to my husband and family with explanations and reassurance. I feel so fortunate that she is with the Breast Care Center in Bedford. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Dr. Ryan and her staff.

When I was diagnosed with cancer I was so shocked because I had an annual mammogram since I was 35 and always assumed that this couldn't happen. However at age 51 I had breast cancer. Dr. Ryan was so kind and handled my emotions as well as my medical issues. Her staff was also extremely professional from billing, biopsies, ultra sounds and surgeries. I write this rave review today as I under go the last of my 33 radiation treatments. Thank you Dr. Ryan for saving my life. WE BEAT IT!

I first met Dr. Ryan when I was a patient of hers at the Elliot Breast Health Center. She was an excellent doctor and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable under her care. As an aspiring medical student, Dr. Ryan took the time to talk to me about her experience in the medical field and allowed me to shadow her for the following summer. It was one of the best experiences of my life and Dr. Ryan is a truly exceptional physician and teacher! I would highly recommend her!

Excellent personal attention regarding my diagnosis. She treated me like a valued person vs a number. I always felt she was my champion and would do anything possible for me. She was there whenever I had questions or concerns. Very accessible. I had surgery on my birthday and she and her staff treated me with birthday gifts. Great experience. Would recommend to others.

Having breast cancer, going through the biopsy, surgeries and waiting for the pathology reports to come back does take it's toll. I was emotionally, mentally and physically drained and being a widow and living alone made it tougher. Dr. Ryan made the journey easier, she was compassionate and understanding. There are so many decisions to make and she helped guide me through them all. I have a breast implant and I'm happy with the results. I am happy to have her as my doctor.

I had a biopsy which showed two spots. Dr Ryan was my surgeon. She was absolutely wonderful! I had a problem and she kept in touch with my bus text on the days so didn't see her in her office. She saw me twice on her day off!! I can't say enough good things about her. She's extremely knowledgeable and caring. She tries to explain things in layman terms.
