Worst doctor I have ever seen.
Long wait, which I understand. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to answer my questions. She was obviously running behind, which was not my fault. Former RN for 40 yrs, worst doctor appointment I have ever had!

1st and 2nd visit will be my last
I registered online prior to my appointment and filled out all of the forms and questions before my first appointment. I was disappointed that I still had to fill out the paperwork when I arrived ( I think all of it again). The doctor was extremely late and walked into the room asking a question to which I started to answer and was interrupted and told she was talking to her 'scribe'. The entire appointment it seemed she was distracted. ff to when I received my glasses and they were not right. I had to make another appointment and again the doctor entered the room late and asking what sounded like a question to me and again it was the scribe. When she actually asked me a question and I started to answer, someone poked their head in interrupting and said the doctor had a call to which she immediately left the room for about 10 more minutes. .. The prescription was off and corrected the second time. She spoke down to me and didn't take ownership of her mistake. I'm not going back.

AT THE RECEPTION MY INSURANCE CARD WAS PROVIDED. I WAS NOT ASKED WHAT REASON I WAS THERE FOR. PREVIOUSLY I TOLD THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY APPOINTMENT WHAT I WAS GOING FOR. THEREFORE, I DID NOT REALIZED THAT THE ROUTINE EXAM I CAME FOR WAS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. I LEARNED ABOUT THIS AFTER THE EXAM WHICH TOOK 5 MINUTES WAS DONE. AT LAST I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY THE AMOUNT AS A WALK IN PATIENT WITHOUT INSURANCE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS NOT MY INTENTION TO COME TO AN OUT-OF-PLAN DOCTOR-I WENT THERE BECAUSE I FOUND THE DOCTOR AND -THE CLINIC LISTED ON MY COMPANY'S WEBSITE AS IN-NETWORK. A VISIT WHICH SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETE WITH A $35 CO-PAY ENDED UP WITH A BILL SENT TO MY ADDRESS $300+.

Excellent. I have seen her about eight times. She is thorough, polite, and friendly, taking time to answer all my questions. Her staff have always seemed professional and pleasant, sometimes going out of their way to help.

Very rude and condescending. Did not explain issues and told me to be quiet when I asked questions. Also discussed my medical issues in a common hallway where other patients could hear her.

Dr. Oliver is EXTREMELY good--thorough, compassionate and experienced. Unfortunately LOTS of people know that, so wait times for scheduled appointments can be quite lengthly at times. She is worth the wait though!

I waited in the examining room both times for more than 30 minutes. I assumed that spends an ample amount of time explaining issues to patients so I was fine with that. But both times, when she came in, she neither explained why she was running so late nor spent nearly enough time explaining her diagnosis to me. Later when I got the patient portal report, the information was actually different from what she told me. I called and left a message but never heard back. Not sure why.
