It’s not her…
The staff at this place are trash. I really liked Dr. McClemore and was impressed by her bedside manner, however, the clerical staff here are some of the worst I’ve encountered. They are cold and curt. They give no eye contact when dealing with you at the windows and move at the speed of “snail”. Dr. McClemore needs to move into her own office space and hire all new people. And do not try to call them! They never pick up and get mad at you for calling back to back.

Worst
Worst physician I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I had a heart monitor placed back in June which was referred by Jessica! I have called the cardiologist to follow up and they sent me back to jessica for answers! The office wouldn't answer calls or voicmails claiming that I've never called or left any voice-mail on nurse line! The montogmery cardiovascular office walked me through on how to set up the online portal today! FINALLY had a response from Shelby. Shelby informed me that she knows nothing of a heart monitor and that I need to STOP demanding them to call me! I said I needed a call back now please! Not demanding but begging for answers! I told her that this practice was crap because I've never been treated like this by ANY physician and she told me id no longer even be seen by Jessica and staff! I'm already going to another neurologist but whatever you do DO NOT trust these folks with your health and life! They will lose paperwork and claim it's your fault for speaking up when they can't

Best Dr I’ve seen in years
Very thorough. I have seen many doctors over the years and it takes a lot to impress me. Dr. McLemore was on top of her game and during my first visit I had some answers. Highly recommend!
