Dr. Mason took time and reviewed all lab tests. She was very attentive to my concerns and made suggestions to address them. Upon her learning of my failure attempt to get an appointment with my podiatrist for a broken toe, she took measure to see if her requesting an appointment on my behalf would expedite my getting an appointment sooner. When that failed she and her staff were able to get me an appointment with a different provider. This all happened within 24 hours.

I have highly recommended Jessica Mason to a friend who needed a PC. Dr. Mason listens to my concerns and responds with In depth knowledge of possible causes and paths for treatment. My previous PC looked at her watch several times during my allotted 15 minutes. I feel that I am a most Important person when I am in Dr. Mason's care.

I was feeling a little anxious over my health and Dr. Mason comforted with scripture as she knows this always encourages me. I have been her patient for many years and she's been caring for me through some stressful times. I appreciate her spirit and love that Bon Secours allows her to treat me from a medical and spiritual side. Great, compassionate care as always.
