This was my first pain management visit with Dr. Mack and I was concerned after seeing what others had gone though with other pain management providers. Dr. Mack and her staff made the whole process of treatment almost painless and quick which reduced the stress of undergoing this procedure. Both my pre and post procedure appointments were a breath of fresh air compared to most doctors lately. She does not make you feel rushed and spends the time to ask and answer all questions .

Dr. Mack is very caring, listens to your problems and pain, doesn't rush and truly seems very concerned to try and help your pain management. She has a very nice personality about her that makes you feel that she truly cares and tries different Medes and procedures to ease your pain and get you back to feeling normal again. She has performed epidural injections for me, and their staff and her is great and the care is all around great from when you check in til your procedure is done.
