Dr. Jessica Lenaghan, MD

Firstly, the entire office is very clean, fresh and organized ..the staff are all so warm & kind from the secretary's to the lab ..i just adore everyone there ..Dr. Lenaghan is always right on time ..you're not left waiting forever in a room ..she has ALWAYS listened to and addressed ALL of my medical concerns & issues and that is reflected in MyChart ..Before you think she's not listening i highly encourage you to thoroughly read & review everything in your 'MyChart' you may be pleasantly surprised at how much you learn about yourself and from the prospective of your healthcare providers ..I personally have had the best experience since I've been seeing her ..she is warm, kind and very knowledgeable in her role as a Physician ..I would absolutely reccommend her ..but i don't wanna share lol ..she is an absolute gem in the Healthcare industry & it is a Blessing to have her & her Beautiful Staff oversee my health care journey ..Best Doctor Ever hands down.

I'm glad to say that she puts in the time to run various tests to try and get a diagnosis. Other doctors just keep trying different medications on their patients. However, when my symptoms continued and I began asking her if it could be Covid or vaccine related, she ignored me and redirected me towards my symptoms. I tried bringing this up at another appointment (since my symptoms started after my 1st Pfizer vaccine) but she ignored me again. When I told her that I felt like I wasn't being listened to, she took offense told me to go find another doctor if I wanted that. She said there are plenty of providers out there and that we do not need to continue any further. Now, I understand that a patient has that option but the way she responded was very unprofessional. If having your provider listen to you is a priority, look elsewhere.

I always feel so relieved after meeting with Dr. Lenaghan. She's very adept at listening to, and attending to, any of my health concerns.

Each and every visit with Dr. L has been treated with genuine care, understanding, and the appropriate amount of time to make me feel comfortable. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had!

I suffer with severe depression, and I go in, and I tell her about it, and she listens to me, and she’s so whole heartedly sweet and got to me where I should be today.

Dr. Lenaghan is my primary care physician. Every time I have seen her, whether it was for an annual physical or care for an illness or concern, she has been friendly, patient, thorough, and extremely informative. Her staff is equally fabulous, from the front desk and valet parking attendants to the assistants and nurses. I have recommended her to others who have had the same experience. I’m surprised to see negative reviews. My husband’s primary doc retired and he now sees Dr. Lenaghan. He is also very happy with her care. My physical therapist has consulted with her about my treatment plan and raved about his interaction with her. He is considering switching to her as his primary physician. I sincerely hope more of Dr. Lenaghan’s satisfied patients leave reviews. I highly recommend her to anyone of any age who is seeking a new primary physician. I am 69 years old and have never had a primary doctor as excellent as Dr. Jessica Lenaghan.

I was stuck in traffic on my way to my first appointment with dr. I called the office to let them know. When i got there 12 minutes late they said the dr will only wait ten minutes and that I had to reschedule. I did not bother. I feel like dr. told me all i need to know about her and based on reviews, it looks like i dodged a bullet.

we should have read the reviews here first. My wife has had the exact same experience as the other review. it's been a terrible experience, and my wife has left almost in tears. She has walked out short of appointment time with no explanation, and acted offended when we said we didn't get all out questions answered.

She doesn't listen. She gets annoyed easily. She will rush you in and out of the office. Does not have patience for anxiety and will get rude and very unprofessional if she does not want to answer questions. Will not want to answer your questions. It's a hassle to get her to do paperwork needed for work. I don't understand how someone who seems like she doesn't care about the well being of her patients is allowed to do POST COVID when that is the hardest thing and you will have the most questions.
