Felt rushed, didn't explain much
Dr. Lee started my appointment by smiling and saying, "Yay! You're my last appointment of the day!". No surprise that the whole appointment felt rushed. The office manager didn't return my call after I left two messages asking about some charges on my bill. I had a procedure done by Dr. Lee and was given no instructions prior and no after care instructions. In the summary in My Portal, Dr. Lee checked that she discussed the procedure thoroughly, which was not true. Overall, I felt like a number (or payment) and rushed through the whole process. The shining star in the office was the ultrasound tech. She was very personable and explained what was happening.

Dr. Lee did my bartholin cyst removal and understood the amount of pain I was in. She was so caring. When my daughter became pregnant, she didn't take her insurance but was willing to except it on a circumstance basis. I will continue to see her.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for about 2 years. I Love how she is straight forward and honest. I like that I don't have to wait forever to see her and she makes me feel like an old friend. I appreciate her knowledge and that she explains things clear and relevant. I would recommend her to family friends.
